**Description**

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Tele Calling Executive to join our team in the Textiles industry. As a Tele Calling Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and maintaining a positive and professional relationship with existing customers. Your main goal will be to promote our products and services, Payment Collection calls and contribute to overall company growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular outbound calls to potential customers and for collections of payments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate appointments and follow-up calls with prospective clients.
- Provide product information, answer customer queries, and address any concerns or complaints.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele calling or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Textiles industry is a plus.

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Udhana, Surat, Gujarat (required)

Ability to Relocate:
