**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and explain products/services.
- Answer inbound customer calls and resolve queries related to products, services, or complaints.
- Maintain a database of customer information, follow up on leads, and ensure proper documentation.
- Schedule appointments for field sales executives and coordinate follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Record feedback and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to enhance customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduate preferred.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in telecalling, customer service, or telesales.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
- **Computer Skills**: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Polite, confident, and persuasive personality.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
