**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **Telecaller (Call Center Executive)** to handle incoming and outgoing calls, resolve customer queries, and provide excellent customer support to enhance the customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **inbound and outbound calls** professionally.
- Answer customer queries and provide **accurate information**.
- Maintain **customer records** and update the database regularly.
- Follow up on leads, customer requests, and complaints.
- Achieve daily/weekly **call targets** as assigned.
- Maintain **professional communication and service standards**.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **12th pass / Graduate**.
- **Good communication skills** in [Language/English/Hindi as applicable].
- Basic knowledge of **computers and MS Office**.
- **Fresher or 0-1 year experience** in telecalling/call center preferred.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 7 - 12 per week
