**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make cold calls to potential clients from provided databases or leads
- Understand client needs and pitch the right service offerings
- Maintain CRM records and update call logs/follow-ups regularly
- Assist the team in closing deals by qualifying leads and setting up calls
- Work closely with the founder and team to optimize sales scripts and outreach strategies
- Meet weekly outreach and conversion targets
- Follow a structured process, but bring your own flair to conversations

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of sales or telecalling experience (agency or B2B preferred)
- Strong communication skills - fluent in English and Hindi
- Confident and natural on phone calls and messages
- Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented
- Basic understanding of marketing or branding is a plus
