**ROLE OUTLINE**: We are looking for a passionate and proactive MBA graduate to join our dynamic team as a New Business Development Executive, focusing on Sales and Outreach. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative art gallery where you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to expand our client base, foster partnerships, and drive business growth through creative outreach strategies.
**KEY DELIVERABLES**:
**Lead Generation & Outreach**:
- Research and identify new business opportunities on a daily basis, focusing on potential clients, industry partners, and exhibition collaborations.
- Initiate contact with potential clients, including architects, interior designers, art collectors, and corporate clients.
- Track and update lead generation progress through Pipedrive and other CRM tools.
**Sales Support & Coordination**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize leads and ensure prompt follow-ups for client inquiries.
- Provide insights and feedback to the sales team on client handling and strategies to close deals.
- Assist in preparing client presentations and showcasing the latest collections and exhibitions.
**Business Development Strategy**:
- Research ongoing market trends in the architecture, interior design, and art industries to inform outreach strategies.
- Establish new partnerships or sponsorships by approaching potential collaborators in commercial and residential sectors.
- Participate in domestic and international exhibitions and art fairs representing the gallery.
**Event & Partnership Management**:
- Work with event managers and PR agencies to explore new event partnerships, ensuring the gallery's presence in top-tier exhibitions and art fairs.
- Coordinate with the project team to review upcoming exhibitions and ensure readiness for outreach efforts.
**Reporting & Performance Review**:
- Generate monthly and quarterly reports on business development efforts, tracking lead conversion rates, partnerships, and overall sales performance.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths and areas of improvement in business development approaches.
- Collaborate in quarterly strategy meetings to realign sales efforts and set actionable goals for the gallery's business growth.
**CANDIDATE PROFILE & SKILL SET**:
MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build lasting relationships.
- Ability to research and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Tech Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Pipedrive) and sales management tools preferable.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A keen interest in art, exhibitions, and business development.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹36,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
