**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales/Outreach Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow their career in a high-energy, results-driven environment.
As a Junior Sales/Outreach Executive, you will generate leads, nurture client relationships, and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
**What You'll Do**:
**Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify and research potential clients and opportunities through online platforms, databases, and networking.
**Sales Outreach**: Execute outreach campaigns to engage with potential clients and schedule meetings for the senior sales team.
**Relationship Management**: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to build relationships and ensure consistent engagement.
Support the senior sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
**Sales Funnel Support**: Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with broader company goals.
**Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and company offerings to improve outreach effectiveness.
**What We Seek**:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service (internships included).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Background in the Media/Event industry is a plus.
