PRS is looking to hire Programme Associates to strengthen its citizen and media outreach activities.

**Core responsibilities**: As part of the outreach team at PRS, the programme associate will play a key role in strengthening PRS’ outreach activities to citizen groups, civil society organisations and media. He/She will be responsible for producing videos at PRS which will involve writing scripts explaining Bills, Budget and other legislative concepts, and also shooting and editing the videos. The role also requires designing and creating other visuals needed for PRS social media and citizen outreach events.

**Abilities required**: (a) Strong video production and editing skills; (b) Strong writing and communication skills; (c) Ability to understand complex policy issues and present them in an accessible and appealing way; (d) Ability to work independently; (e) Ability to multi-task and deliver quality work in a timely way.

**Qualifications sought**: Relevant Bachelors degree. Past experience in video production is preferred.

**Location**: New Delhi
