Key Responsibilities
- Connect with Clients
: Identify and engage schools, colleges, and coaching institutes to uncover partnership opportunities. - Drive Growth
: Execute outreach strategies to meet and surpass revenue targets, expanding EaseToLearn's presence. - Build Relationships
: Foster trust with key stakeholders like principals and academic heads through tailored engagement. - Pitch Solutions
: Showcase EaseToLearn's EdTech tools to decision-makers, addressing their unique needs. - Close Deals
: Negotiate agreements and ensure smooth client onboarding for lasting value. - Stay Informed
: Monitor trends and feedback to refine strategies and keep EaseToLearn competitive. - Collaborate
: Work with marketing and product teams to boost lead generation and product alignment. - Track Progress
: Maintain accurate CRM records and report on outreach pipelines and metrics.
Key Requirements
- Education
: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus (freshers encouraged). - Experience
: 0–5 years in B2B sales, ideally in EdTech, education, or SaaS; freshers with potential welcome. - Professional Presence
: Presentable demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication to engage decision-makers. - Industry Knowledge
: Familiarity with K-12, test prep, or higher education markets is a plus. - Negotiation Skills
: Ability to secure agreements that benefit EaseToLearn and clients. - Drive and Initiative
: Self-motivated, target-driven mindset for a fast-paced environment. - Team Spirit
: Collaborative yet independent, with ownership of goals. - Travel Flexibility
: Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
