**Job Title: Sales Coordinator**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing and submitting sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, presentations, and customer visits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and documentation.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients to foster strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in managing customer accounts, ensuring timely renewals and addressing any concerns.
- **Order Processing**:

- Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products or services.
- Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to track orders and manage inventory.
- Handle order-related documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to the sales team.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts and budgeting reports.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
