**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving their targets. The Sales Coordinator will assist with sales operations, customer interactions, order management, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist sales representatives with order processing, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all sales-related activities are executed efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Liaise between customers and the sales team to ensure seamless communication.
- **Order Management**:

- Process and track sales orders from initiation to delivery.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Manage inventory levels and notify the sales team of stock availability.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and sales events.
- Perform data entry and maintain CRM systems accurately.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
