Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Director and wider sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Sales Director to align on priorities, strategies, and lead distribution.

Handle, qualify, and assign inbound leads to the appropriate sales representatives.

Monitor lead progress and follow up with team members for updates and next steps.

Maintain accurate records of lead status and team activities in the CRM system.

Generate and share daily/weekly reports on lead movement, conversion rates, and team performance.

Act as the first point of contact for urgent client follow-ups or team coordination needs.

Assist in coordinating internal meetings, updates, and sales-related initiatives.

Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, coordination, or CRM-based role.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail and follow-through.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
