**Job Title: Sales Coordinator**

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Summary**:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their goals by managing and coordinating various sales-related activities.

This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient communication between sales and other departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Management**:

- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery.
- **Customer Support**:

- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.
- Coordinate with customers to schedule appointments and follow-ups.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., marketing, finance) to ensure alignment and smooth operation.
- Handle communication between the sales team and clients.
- **Document Management**:

- Prepare and process sales contracts, agreements, and other relevant documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any Bachelor’s degree.
- **Experience**: 2 to 4 years of experience.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
