Experience Required: 0 to 3 Years
**Job Description**:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Executive based in Rajkot. Customer Service Executives deal directly with clients to assist them with purchases, answer their queries, and find solutions to their issues. In some organizations, Customer Service Executives have higher-level duties.
They may also create recommendations on best practices for handling different clients, and how to retain customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Relaying extensive product information to customers.
- Closing sales for the company.
- Filing customer records, including contact information.
- Conducting surveys and writing reports based on customer feedback on products and services.
- Providing customers with clear instructions to resolve issues.
- Rerouting customer calls to other departments when advanced solutions are needed.
- Managing orders and ensuring their prompt delivery.
Skills Required:
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Market Research
- Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to generate and create new leads
- Experience with the manufacturing industry is a plus
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
