**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs)**:

- **Process Analysis and Improvement**: Conduct thorough analysis of current processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- **Implementation of Best Practices**: Design and implement best practices and standardized processes across departments to ensure consistency and quality.
- **Project Management**: Lead cross-functional projects to streamline processes, reduce cycle time, and improve overall performance metrics.
- **Change Management**: Drive change initiatives by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
- **Training and Development**: Develop training programs and materials to educate employees on new processes and ensure successful implementation.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to understand process requirements, gain buy-in for improvements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement projects and driving measurable results.
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus.
