**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Operations**:

- Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage schedules and task allocations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**2.** **Tele-calling**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Provide information about products/services and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up details.

**3.** **Backend**:

- Maintain and manage data entry tasks with accuracy.
- Support administrative and documentation-related activities.
- Prepare and share regular reports with stakeholders.

**4.** **Process Coordinator**:

- Monitor and streamline processes to ensure efficiency.
- Communicate with teams to track progress and address bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements.

**5.** **Billing**:

- Prepare and process invoices accurately and timely.
- Reconcile billing issues and address discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with finance teams to ensure proper record-keeping.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- Graduate with 2-7 years of relevant work experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage time and multitask effectively.
- Immediate joiners (preferred within 7 days).
