**Job Description**:
Smart Employment Services, a leading job placement consultancy, is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers in resolving issues, complaints, and technical problems effectively.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building positive relationships and ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers when appropriate.
- Follow standard operating procedures and company guidelines in all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Document and update customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company's database.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
- Knowledge of healthcare, telecom, insurance, sales, collections, or travel industries is a plus.
