**What will you do?**
- Work a 5-day schedule aligned with UK Shift (GMT) time zone.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while addressing customer concerns and complaints.
- Investigate, identify, and troubleshoot customer issues efficiently.
- Escalate complex problems to relevant teams, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
- Achieve defined quality and productivity metrics, such as first-contact resolution and response time.
- Accurately document customer interactions, queries, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
- Generate periodic reports on customer queries and resolutions to identify areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service efficiency.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

**What should be your profile & skills?**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Associate in a UK-based customer service process.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions calmly and effectively.
- Quick adaptability to new tools, systems, and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and similar productivity tools.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work during UK time zone hours.
- Flexibility to adjust working hours during peak periods or as needed.
