**Gaming Platform Agent**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Gaming Platform Agent to join our team and take charge of operating our newly created gaming platform. As a Gaming Platform Agent, you will be responsible for promoting the platform and attracting new members, as well as managing and supporting the existing user base.

**Agent responsibilities**:

- Agents are responsible for their own promotional expenses.
- Agents must do their best to promote, and to increase the number of playing customers to maximize profit for themselves and the website.
- Agents can login to their agent panel at all times to monitor member’s bets and activities, to make sure players are satisfied.
- Agents are responsible for promoting the website using their agent link/code. It is Agents’ responsibility to make sure players use their link/code to register, the agent can check and confirm the registration on the agent panel. If the player is not registered under the agent by mistake, the agent can speak to agent customer service and show proof of invitation, the player can then be transferred back to the agent line. Players that have deposited, or have registered under another agent can NOT be transferred.
- Agents are prohibited from registering and playing through their own Agent link or link of a sub-agent. In the event of any violation, the website has the right to void all bets and eliminate any commission earned
- Agents are prohibited from using referral bonuses alongside the agent program. Violation of this code gives the Website the right to terminate the agent program and/or the referral program.

Website customer service and risk management department will monitor all member’s bets and activities. Agents and members must follow the website’s user policy. The website retains the right to freeze or terminate agent/player accounts if it detects suspicious activity.

Website has the right to monitor and decide whether members have betting anomaly patterns. If the website finds any form of cheating, fraud, or arbitrage betting, the website has the right to terminate the member's account and confiscate the credit without notice and objection.

**Compensation**:
As a Gaming Platform Agent, you will not receive a fixed salary. Instead, your compensation will be based on a performance-driven bonus system tied to the winnings and losses of the platform members. The more successful the platform becomes, the greater your earning potential.

(Win/Loss - claimed bonus - rebate bonus) x Agent Commission% = Commission paid
- The commission is calculated and confirmed by the Accounts team on the 1st of each month, and is entered into the Agent wallet on the 5th. Agents are responsible for paying their sub-agents' commissions on time. If the site finds that the agent has not paid commissions to the sub-agent, the site reserves the right to terminate the agent's account and terminate the agency program.
- Agents are responsible for sharing the promotion bonus claimed by the players at % of commission they are receiving.
- After the first month of partnership, extra promotional bonuses for players can be applied through the agent's customer service channel, and will be deducted from the monthly commission.
- If the monthly Win/Loss is negative, it will rollover to next month's total Win/Loss.
- Agents are required to have at least 5 active members (including 5) under the agent account, if the agent account has under 5 active members, commission will not be paid. If Agents do not meet this minimum condition for 2 months, the agent account will be closed.
- Active members are defined to have at least 10,000rs valid bets each month.
