Your role in a nutshell:You will be overseeing the creative and technical development of games, whilstworking closely with many teams to ensure the quality of developed games.  As askilled communicator, you can easily convey the vision and concepts of gamingprojects to people working in different areas of the game development as well asnegotiate effectively with third party suppliers.Who were looking for:We're looking for a highly creative individual, able to think outside of the box tobring new fresh ideas to the table whilst being able to execute their vision with theteam.You're a flexible, multi-tasking professional, with strong people skills, able to workclosely with different teams by providing clear guidelines and key success factorsat all stages of game development. You are open-minded, eager to learn newthings and challenge yourself and your collaborators in order to create gameswhich constantly push the boundaries of game development.Your Responsibilities:ï'· Act as a creative lead in the game development from ideation to completionï'· Create new concepts and ideas for gaming projects ï'· Work with executive management team to craft the vision of gaming titles, developschedules and resource requirements to achieve the set objectivesï'· Work closely with development team, game studios, business and marketing teamsto provide and maintain the creative vision and business value of the productï'· Keep abreast of current and future gaming trends, development tools and processes,target platforms, competitive products, and shifting regulatory landscapeYour Background & Skills:ï'· 2+ years of experience as a Game Producer/Game Designer in the iGamingindustry with 8+ overall experienceï'· Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)ï'· Team player with the ability to explain the vision to the team and get everyoneon boardï'· Extensive knowledge of the slot verticalï'· Data-driven and results-oriented approachï'· Positive, open-minded, analytical, hands-on individual ï'· You are balanced between instinct and data driven decision makingï'· Results-driven, positive, open-minded, solution-oriented person with an analyticalmindï'· You have a keen eye for detailï'· You enjoy working in a fast-moving environment while being able to maintainaccuracy and attention to detailï'· Strong organisational & planning skills ï'· Willing to travel on a short noticeï'· Understanding of consumer behaviour and industry trendsï'· Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all company levels,including executive and C-level staffï'· Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, whilemaintaining sharp attention to detailï'· Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
