
Outbound Sales Executive

**Outbound Sales Executive - Customer Engagement (Females are highly preferable)**As an Outbound Sales Executive, you will proactively engage with our existing customer database to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and support our overall customer retention strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with customers, understand their needs, and promote relevant products and services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
- **Roles and Responsibilities**:_
- **Sales Engagement**: Understand customer requirements and present appropriate solutions, addressing any queries or concerns to drive conversion.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
- **Data Management**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback using the CRM system.
- **Reporting**: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on customer engagement activities, sales outcomes, and opportunities for process improvement.
- **Feedback Loop**: Provide actionable insights from customer interactions to the marketing and product teams to help improve service offerings.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer engagement roles is a plus (1-2 years preferred).

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
