_**Outbound Sales Executive**_

**Job brief**:
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken outbound sales representative to join our sales team. The outbound sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.

As an outbound sales representative, you should perform sales tasks by initiating contact with prospects and customers. A top inside sales representative should also be very competitive and should possess strong convincing skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Outbound calling and lead conversion.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services getting the vendors on board.
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

**What we require**:

- Must have min 3 years of minimum experience in the International outbound sales and cold calling environment,
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to achieve targets. In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
