**Job Title: Sales Representative (Calling)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Outbound Calling**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or generated lists.
- Effectively communicate product/service features and benefits to create interest and qualify leads.

2. **Lead Qualification**:

- Identify and qualify potential customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Gather relevant information and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

**Sales Pitch and Closing**:

- Deliver compelling sales pitches to promote our products/services.
- Overcome objections and persuasively guide potential customers through the sales process to achieve conversion.

3. **Achieve Sales Targets**:

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Work towards individual and team goals to contribute to overall company success.

4. **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction.

5. **Collaboration with Sales Team**:

- Collaborate with team members and sales leadership to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive and energetic team environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with an engaging and persuasive personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Resilient and persistent, with a positive attitude towards rejection.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
