**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and fluent **Sales Representative** to lead our sales efforts. You will oversee a team that includes a receptionist and a coordinator, guiding them to achieve sales goals. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement & Counseling**:

- Counsel prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored membership solutions.
- Build strong relationships with high-purchasing-power clients, ensuring a premium customer experience.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop and implement creative offers and packages to attract and retain clients.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- **Team Management**:

- Guide and support the receptionist and coordinator to maximize productivity and streamline sales processes.
- Oversee the calling department and ensure effective communication with leads and clients.
- **Reporting & Incentives**:

- Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
- Earn quarterly commissions based on total sales achieved.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or premium service sector.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- A results-oriented approach with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Schedule:

- Day shift
