Job Title

Outbound Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers.

Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid communication and persuasion skills.

Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

Maintain a database of leads and track daily sales activities.

Follow up with prospects to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.

Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams for lead generation and feedback.

Handle objections professionally and maintain positive customer relationships.

Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls and conversions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred: Marketing, Business, or related).

3-5 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or inside sales.

Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

Good command of English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

Target-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and sales reporting.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience + attractive incentives.
