
Sales Specialist

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and quotas.
- Conduct detailed needs analysis with potential clients to understand their business challenges and propose tailored IT service and product solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with new and existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to secure new business.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and successful deal closure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies.
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Proven experience in IT services sales (e.g., custom software development, cloud consulting, IT staffing) and/or software product sales.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and sales process management.
- Ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High level of professionalism and resilience.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales role, specifically within the IT services or software product industry.
- Must be willing to commit to the 6-month probation period.
- A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.
