Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to join our team at JOBSCLICK HR SOLUTIONS. This is a full-time position available in several locations, including Jaipur, Udaipur, Indore, Surat, and Bikaner. As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will leverage your extensive sales experience of up to 10 years to drive sales and marketing activities across various sectors. Your expertise will help in achieving our business growth and development objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets over a substantial period.
- Strong field sales experience, capable of building lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering effective solutions.
- Expertise in electronic sales, including a strong understanding of electronic products, consumer behaviour, and sales strategies.
- Proficiency in real estate sales, with a comprehensive knowledge of market trends, property valuations, and negotiation tactics.
- Experience in solar sales, showcasing an understanding of renewable energy products, government regulations, and sales processes unique to the solar industry.
- Ability to lead senior sales initiatives, mentor junior sales staff, and contribute to strategic decision-making at a senior level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to effectively present information to clients and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, essential in identifying sales opportunities and devising appropriate solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet the company's targets in assigned regions, including Jaipur, Udaipur, Indore, Surat, and Bikaner.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, establishing client relationships and partnerships to expand the company's market reach.
- Lead and manage field sales efforts, including planning and executing client meetings and presentations to enhance market penetration.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to attract and retain clients in diverse sectors.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights and recommendations for strategic planning and execution.
- Mentor and guide junior sales staff in professional development, addressing challenges and improving sales capabilities in the team.
- Generate regular sales reports and forecasts, providing updates to management on progress, challenges, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge relevant to various sales verticals such as electronics, real estate, and solar energy.
