**Job Title**: Used Car Sales Executive (Customer Support)

Role Overview

We seek a dynamic Used Car Sales Executive to drive outbound sales through customer engagement. This role involves contacting potential buyers, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward purchasing suitable used cars.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to generate interest in used car purchases.
- Engage customers, understand their preferences, and provide suitable options.
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing effectively.
- Qualify leads and follow up to ensure conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records accurately.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt follow-ups and query resolution.
- Collaborate with the sales support team for seamless deal closures.

**Requirements**:

- 6 **Months** of experience in outbound **sales**/**telesales** (**preferably** in automotive).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms.
- Ability to handle objections and resolve queries effectively.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and persistent.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum: High school diploma (10+2)
- Preferred: Graduate in any field (MBA/BBA is a plus)
