**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic **Used Car Sales Executive** to drive outbound sales through proactive customer engagement. This role involves contacting potential buyers, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward purchasing suitable used cars. You will play a key role in generating interest, qualifying leads, and helping customers make informed decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to generate interest in purchasing used cars.
- Engage with customers, understand their preferences, and provide tailored options.
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing in a compelling manner.
- Qualify leads effectively and follow up to ensure timely conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving sales performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt follow-ups and query resolution.
- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure smooth and efficient deal closures.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound sales/telesales (preferably within the automotive sector).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms.
- Ability to handle objections and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and persistent with a passion for sales.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum**: High school diploma (10+2).
- **Preferred**: Graduate in any field (MBA/BBA is a plus).
