The Role: Outbound Telecalling:

We are hiring highly motivated Outbound Telecalling Executives to specialize in one of three critical business areas: Sales, Research & Development (R&D), or Talent Acquisition (Recruitment).

This is a high-impact, multi-disciplinary position where outbound calling is the primary tool used to drive results. The ideal candidate must be excellent on the phone, a self-starter, and ready to specialize in one of the following tracks:

Key Responsibilities (Specialized Tracks)When you join us, you will focus on one of these three tracks:

Track 1: Outbound Sales & CRM Focus

  • Active Outbound Calling: Initiate high-volume outbound calls to new sales leads, potential clients, and businesses to convert prospects into successful sales deals.
  • Relationship Building: Handle sales queries, effectively communicate product information and benefits, and close deals over the phone.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
  • Customer Support: Handle incoming customer queries and complaints and act as a primary point of contact to build strong client relationships.

Track 2: Research & Development (R&D) Focus

  • Conduct outbound tele-research activities, making calls to various markets, partners, and competitors to explore new opportunities for company expansion.
  • Gather strategic information to support executive decision-making regarding new projects, market entry, and geographic expansion.
  • Analyze collected data and provide concise reports on market trends.

Track 3: Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) Focus

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including conducting high-volume preliminary telephonic interviews and screening candidates for various open roles across the company.
  • Manage candidate scheduling, pipeline tracking, and ensure prompt, professional communication to support the hiring process.
  • Assist the HR team with recruitment-related administrative tasks.
