**Role - CRM Cum Merchandiser (FEMALE)**

**Exp - International Market & Export Business**

**Immediate Joiner are preferred**

**Salary - 25k to 35k per month**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Knowledge of International customer handling process.
- Having good exposer of handling international business/customer.
- Maintain the MIS report on daily basis and present to Reporting Manager.
- Ensures that customers receive the quickest service possible.
- Determines a course of action to resolve customer problems.
- Improved Informational Organization.
- CRM Improves Your Customer Service.
- Automation of Everyday Tasks.
- Greater efficiency for multiple teams.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with them.
- Optimize and streamline your communication.
- Prepare & Process Orders & Quotations using CRM.
- Data collection from internal departments.
- Follow up with the plant team to ready the material and prepare a dispatch plan.
- Generate E-way bills & coordination with logistics.
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, ling important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Sales, coordination, Calculations, Make PI, Maintain Data
- Must have outstanding customer service skills.
- Fluent English Speaking, Presentable Skills, Mail Drafting Skills,
- Strong Communication or interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Must have good computer skills.
- Must be highly detail oriented and have the ability to effectively multi-task.
- Must have excellent management and leadership skills.
- Extensive knowledge of the products and services offered by the company.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- **Exp. 4 to 6 Year - (FMCG)**
- **Computer Skill - Advance Excel, MS Office, Gmail, Outlook Etc, Letter Drafting.**
