**Job Title:Customer Relationship Management Executive - Female**
**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
2. Provide personalized assistance and support to customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring their needs are met.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align CRM strategies with overall business objectives.
4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM
5. Knowledge in B2B portals like India Mart, Allibaba, TradeIndia, Justdial, etc
6. Collect, analyze, and leverage customer data to create insights that drive decision-making and improve customer satisfaction.
7. Monitor customer behavior trends, track sales metrics, and ensure all relevant customer data is up to date in the CRM system.
8. Generate regular reports on customer activity, sales performance, and CRM campaign success and Continuously assess CRM strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
**Required Qualifications**
1. Bachelor's degree in any field.
2. Minimum 1 Year of proven experience in a CRM role.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
4. Ability to analyze and interpret data to improve customer engagement strategies.
5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
6. Fluency in written and spoken English (additional language skills are a plus).
7. Knowledge in Google sheet, MS Excel, MS Word etc.
**Salary : 15k-25k**
**Location: Karol Bagh, NewDelhi - 110005**
**Office Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM**
**Sunday Off**
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
