**Team Leader Requirements**:

- High school diploma or similar.
- Minimum of 2 years experience.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.
- Computer literate.
- Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.good communication skills and should have MS office knowledge.
- Leaders need to have clear goals and objectives;
- They need to motivate their followers and provide them with direction;
- They must support their team members in order for them to succeed.
