**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and articulate Buyer Relationship Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating and maintaining communication with buyers to understand their product procurement needs, nurture long-term relationships, and support the sales team with buyer insights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective buyers to understand their purchasing needs, preferences, and business challenges.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers by providing excellent service and follow-up.
- Gather market intelligence and buyer feedback to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.
- Schedule appointments and product demos for the sales team with potential buyers.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to support buyer acquisition and retention efforts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of buyer interactions using CRM tools.
- Achieve weekly/monthly calling and engagement targets.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Graduation.
- Fresher’s and 1-2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or relationship management; experience dealing with B2B buyers is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office tools.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
