**Job Title**: Buyer - Clothing & Apparel
**Location**: Delhi (Work from Office)

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Eligibility**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in apparel/clothing buying (mandatory)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, source, and purchase clothing/apparel items in line with company requirements and market trends.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Conduct regular market research to analyze customer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging fashion trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams (merchandising, design, and sales) to align buying decisions with brand strategy.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving items.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, reliability, and compliance with company standards.
- Plan seasonal buying strategies to achieve business targets and profitability.
- Track and analyze sales reports to make data-driven purchasing decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of proven experience** as a Buyer in the **clothing/apparel industry**.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and garment production.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other buying/merchandising tools will be an added advantage.
