**About the Role**

**Core Responsibilities**

**Trend Forecasting**:

- Research and analyze fashion trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity.
- Identify opportunities to introduce innovative and appealing products to the assortment.

**Product Selection & Assortment Planning**:

- Select garments and accessories that align with the brand image, target audience, and sales goals.
- Plan seasonal and core product assortments within defined budgets.

**Supplier Negotiation & Relationship Management**:

- Source and develop relationships with manufacturers, brands, and vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain strong, long-term supplier partnerships.

**Purchasing & Inventory Management**:

- Place purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment, and reduce excess inventory.

**Sales & Performance Analysis**:

- Analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and product performance.
- Adjust buying strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

**Budget Management**:

- Work within allocated budgets to achieve financial targets.
- Monitor margins and ensure cost efficiency in buying decisions.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with design, merchandising, and marketing teams to develop cohesive collections.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns and product launches.

**Key Skills & Requirements**
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience as a **Fashion / Apparel Buyer** in the clothing industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Management, Textile Design, Business, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, apparel categories, and fashion trends.
- Excellent **negotiation, analytical, and communication skills**.
- Ability to balance **creative vision with commercial viability**.
- Strong **business acumen** with expertise in budgeting and forecasting.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel, MIS reports, and data analysis tools**.

**Who Can Apply**

**Compensation**
- Salary will be based on **last drawn CTC** and industry standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Clothing Buyer: 2 years (preferred)
- Apparel Buyer: 2 years (preferred)
