Ranika Design is a leading design focused manufacturer of Fashion Accessories (primarily bags) & Clothing (Wovens). We are based in Sector 8, Noida.We are searching for a PPC Manager who will be reporting to VP-OperationsWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented PPC Manager to oversee and streamline production planning, execution, and control in our export operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that production processes are aligned with buyer requirements, timelines are met, and product quality is maintained at every stage. This role is critical to ensuring timely shipment of export orders while maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement production plans based on buyer orders and delivery schedules.Coordinate with merchandising and procurement teams to ensure availability of raw materials and trims.Prepare and maintain detailed production schedules and capacity plans for all departments (cutting, stitching, finishing, packing).Monitor daily production output and compare it with the planned targets.Identify bottlenecks or delays in the production line and implement corrective actions.Liaise with quality control and production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.Maintain accurate production reports, WIP (work-in-progress) reports, and shipment status.Plan and manage manpower allocation to meet deadlines without overtime excess.Ensure all export orders are completed and dispatched within the committed lead time.Participate in weekly production review meetings and provide updates to senior management.Qualifications & Key SkillsBachelor's degree in Textile Technology, Apparel Production, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in a medium/large scale export house with multiple factoriesStrong knowledge of production processes in export manufacturingExcellent coordination and communication skillsProficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and production tracking toolsTime management and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesAbility to handle pressure and manage tight deadlines
