Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Manager at PPC STUDIO. We're seeking a strategic thinker who serves as the bridge between client objectives and execution excellence. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead client relationships, design comprehensive multi-channel strategies, and guide clients toward data-driven decisions—even when that means respectfully declining unreasonable requests in favor of what truly drives results. This role demands someone who understands the complete customer journey—from awareness to conversion—and knows how to orchestrate touchpoints across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Ads, SEO, and social media to reach the right audience at the right time. You'll be responsible for translating business goals into actionable marketing strategies, managing client expectations with confidence, and optimizing campaigns across the full funnel. Helping clients from diverse industries and niches navigate success in the digital landscape requires building and implementing systems, automations, and repeatable processes. We need someone who either has experience creating these workflows or is willing to learn and establish them. The ability to design processes that handle redundant tasks is essential for managing multiple projects efficiently while maintaining quality and strategic focus. Qualifications 4+ years of hands-on experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Ads) Proven track record in client-facing roles with the ability to manage expectations and deliver difficult feedback professionally Deep understanding of buyer journey mapping, funnel optimization, and audience targeting strategies across platforms Strong knowledge of SEO principles and social media marketing tactics Experience with conversion rate optimization and landing page strategy Experience building systems and automations for project management, or demonstrated willingness to develop these skills (required) Proficiency with workflow automation tools, project management platforms, and process documentation Analytical expertise with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant platforms (required) Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value Strategic mindset with the confidence to recommend best practices over client preferences when necessary Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently in remote environments Salary In-hand: INR 50,000 per month.
