**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction & Relationship Building**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting appropriate ethnic wear based on their preferences, occasion, and budget.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Provide expert styling advice and suggest mix-and-match options.
- **Product Knowledge & Presentation**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends, styles, and collections in men’s ethnic wear.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, tailoring, and customization options.
- Ensure products are displayed attractively and maintained in good condition on the showroom floor.
- **Sales Achievement**:

- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products like accessories (safas, stoles, juttis) to enhance overall customer experience.
- Offer add-on services such as custom tailoring or personalization.
- **Order Management & Customization Coordination**:

- Manage customer orders, including alterations, custom measurements, and special requests.
- Coordinate with the tailoring and design teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of measurements and purchase details.
- **Store Operations Support**:

- Assist in stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product tagging.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) operations, including billing, payment, and invoicing.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- **Market Awareness**:

- Gather customer feedback and share insights on popular styles, trends, and demands.
- Monitor competitor offerings and suggest improvements to the showroom's product mix.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
