Role: Customer Success Evangelist (Sales and Support)

Experience: 0 to 3 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect Research: Identify potential customers for our ERP, POS, and SaaS products through market research.
- Customer Engagement: Present and convince prospects about the benefits of our products through various communication channels.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads by actively searching for contact information and maintaining a comprehensive database.
- Cold Calling: Engage in product discussions, address queries, and schedule product demonstrations with prospects.
- Product Installation and Configuration: Assist in installing and configuring products for customers during the onboarding process.
- Onboarding and Training: Guide customers through onboarding, provide training sessions, and ensure effective product utilization.
- Customer Support: Address inquiries, provide technical assistance, and troubleshoot issues for customer satisfaction.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed records of interactions, inquiries, onboarding progress, and support tickets.
- Collaborative Support: Coordinate with sales, developers, and customer support to address customer needs and ensure success.

**Requirements**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer support.
- Ability to conduct effective prospect research and lead generation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.
- Basic technical knowledge for product installation and configuration.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or support is a plus.
