**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **AI Advocacy and Thought Leadership**:
Represent the company at industry conferences, webinars, and events, sharing insights on the role of AI in automotive software development.

Create and publish thought leadership content (e.g., blogs, whitepapers, articles) that highlights the benefits and potential of AI within the automotive industry, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and innovation.

2. **Education and Training**:
Develop and deliver educational sessions, workshops, and materials to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders about AI’s role in automotive software, covering topics like computer vision, deep learning, sensor fusion, and real-time decision-making in vehicles.

Simplify and explain complex AI technologies such as ADAS, neural networks, and machine learning models for a non-technical automotive audience.

Collaborate with Functional teams to create AI-related training programs for employees, focusing on the automotive sector’s unique challenges and opportunities.

3. **Community Engagement**:
Build and nurture relationships with AI and automotive communities, including universities, industry forums, and professional organizations to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Organize and participate in automotive AI meetups, hackathons, and industry events to foster engagement with developers, data scientists, and automotive engineers.

Serve as the primary contact for AI-related inquiries within the automotive ecosystem, both internally and externally.

4. **Consultation and AI Integration**:
Collaborate with automotive software development teams and business leaders to identify AI opportunities and guide the integration of AI into key automotive systems, such as autonomous driving platforms, driver monitoring systems, and vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication.

Work closely with technical teams (data scientists, AI engineers) to align AI projects with business objectives, ensuring that AI-driven solutions are safe, scalable, and meet industry standards.

Provide strategic input on the deployment of AI models and ensure they meet automotive industry safety and performance regulations.

5. **Ethics and AI Governance in Automotive**:
Stay informed on the latest regulations, ethical considerations, and safety standards in the automotive industry and AI governance, ensuring that the company’s AI solutions comply with industry standards such as ISO 26262.

Lead discussions on the ethical challenges of using AI in vehicles, including concerns around data privacy, decision-making in critical scenarios, and liability in autonomous driving systems.

6 **. Market Research and Trend Analysis**:
Stay up to date on the latest AI developments specific to the automotive industry, such as advancements in sensor technology, real-time data processing, and autonomous vehicle testing.

Provide insights to internal teams on how AI can be used to improve vehicle performance, safety, and customer experience.

Conduct market research on AI adoption trends within the automotive sector and recommend opportunities for AI-based innovations within the company’s product roadmap.

**Team Management Responsibilities**:

- Team Management: Lead a team of engineers, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Proven track record of thought leadership and evangelism in AI or a related domain
