**Executive - Talent Acquisition**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Source talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to interview coordination and offer management.
- Preparing Monthly recruitment reports, tracking TAT for the position worked.
- Use data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment and make improvements.
- Preparing monthly TA metrics, Monitor Hiring Manpower as per the deployment plan.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
