We are seeking a results-oriented Technical Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various IT roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent while ensuring a smooth candidate experience and effective stakeholder management.Work Location: - Madhapur, Hyderabad, IndiaWork Mode:- Onsite 5 days from Client OfficeSpecific Needs:- Candidate with Minimum 6 years of experience in Domestic IT recruitment.Lead end-to-end recruitment process: Conduct job scope meetings, develop sourcing strategies, and utilize various channels (ATS, databases, networking sites) to find and engage qualified candidates.Evaluate and assess candidates: Conduct phone interviews, review qualifications, and prepare candidates for interviews. Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and negotiate with candidates.Ensure service excellence: Adhere to compliance standards, maintain talent pipelines, and provide regular reporting on recruitment activities.
