About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in sourcing Green Card and US Citizen candidates for contract positions (W2 only) . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for SAP-related roles and a proven ability to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline in the U.S. market. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and qualify GC and USC candidates for contract roles on W2 across various SAP modules (e.G., SAP FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, BASIS, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.).
