Position: Talent Acquisition Executive

Mode of Interview: Face to Face

**Responsibilities**:
*Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

*Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source top talent from diverse channels (job boards, professional networks, social media).

*Generate and maintain accurate reports on recruitment activities and metrics (e.g., sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill).

Skills & Qualifications:
*Minimum 1 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.

*Proven track record of successfully placing IT professionals across various technologies.

*Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.

*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient in sourcing talent through online platforms, social media, and professional networks.

*Ability to work independently and take initiative.

*Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
