**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:OTA & Booking Management**:
- Ensure all property details, images, and pricing are accurate and optimized for maximum visibility.
- Handle guest inquiries, bookings, modifications, and cancellations through online platforms.
- Monitor OTA performance and implement strategies to improve rankings and conversion rates.
- Manage channel managers and sync inventory across multiple booking platforms.
**Reservations & Customer Support**:
- Process and confirm guest reservations, ensuring a smooth booking experience.
- Assist customers with inquiries, special requests, and post-booking support.
- Coordinate with the front office and housekeeping teams for seamless guest check-ins and stay arrangements.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on online platforms.
**Revenue & Sales Optimization**:
- Track and analyze booking trends to adjust pricing and maximize occupancy rates.
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies based on demand, seasonality, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate revenue reporting and reconciliation.
- Assist in online promotions, discounts, and special deals in collaboration with the marketing team.
**Tripezy Travel Package Coordination**:
- Manage and process travel bookings through Tripezy’s online platform.
- Coordinate with travel agents, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Update available travel packages, itineraries, and pricing on the Tripezy website.
- Assist in customizing travel packages based on client preferences.
**Other Responsibilities**:
- Provide reports on booking trends, customer preferences, and OTA performance.
- Assist in website content management, ensuring up-to-date information.
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices for online reservation management.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
- Prior experience in OTA management, online reservations, or e-commerce sales is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in booking management software and channel management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple online platforms effectively.
