**Job Title: Institutional Sales Executive**
**Location**: Nagarbhavi, Bangalore
**Work Experience**: Minimum 5 years (preferably in insurance, MF, banks, fintech, loans sector)

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Language**: English & Hindi Mandatory

**Brief**:

- **Industry Awareness**: Keep updated on industry trends and implement best practices.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate leads through personal networks and events.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent service from contact to completion.
- **Product Presentation**: Showcase our products to prospective clients.
- **Business Planning**: Develop business plans for the target region.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with all departments for success.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay informed on industry developments.
- **Representation**: Act as Company representative at expos and meetings.
- **Client Communication**: Engage with clients via various channels.
- **Database Management**: Maintain organized client database.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5+ years B2B financial services experience.
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
- Established B2B network.
- Analytical and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Adaptability to changing environments.
- Strong client-facing communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset for business growth.
- Team management experience.
- Strategic planning expertise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to travel for business purposes, once/twice a month.

**Plus to Have**:

- Experience in the online financial trading industry: Forex, CFDs, MT4/MT5 platform.
- Knowledge of financial markets.
