It was founded in the year 2020, by IIT Kharagpur and IIM-B alumni with a strong team having prior successful entrepreneurial experience and hands-on expertise in developing Electric two-wheelers.Why Oben Electric?• It’s in an EV space• It’s an innovation driven company• Fastest growing start-up and well-funded• You will get massive opportunities to enhance your skills.Position: Institutional SalesLocation: BangaloreKey Responsibilities:Drive institutional business development across India (Govt. & Corporate)Manage fleet sales and corporate gifting opportunitiesBuild and maintain partnerships with bodies like CSD, CPC, Fire & Forest DepartmentsDevelop and execute national sales strategies, RFPs, and customized proposalsCollaborate with marketing and product teams on sales enablementMaintain long-term key account relationships for repeat businessWork Experience / Knowledge:Minimum 7-10+ Years of B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B institutional sales, particularly in the two-wheeler, automobile, or electric vehicle industries.Corporate Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in securing corporate tie-ups and partnerships, with preference for candidates who have worked with government and non-government entities.Client Relationship Management: Experience in creating sales opportunities with institutional clients and understanding their unique needs.Industry Experience Preferred: Prior experience in B2B sales within the automobile, electric vehicle, two-wheeler, or four-wheeler industries is highly preferred.Skills Required:Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to convey ideas effectively to diverse audiences.Relationship Building: Proven capability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders across all levels of an organization.Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to close deals and drive sales growth.Market Understanding: General understanding of the electric vehicle market and investment landscape.Adaptability: Openness to travel as required for client meetings and business development.Education:Bachelor’s Degree Required; MBA Preferred.Compensation: Compensation will be commensurate with experience and demonstrated sales track record.
