Office Assistant

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks like filing, documentation, and photocopying.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is clean and well-organized.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Assist other departments as needed.
**Telecalling Duties**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to provide product/service information.
- Handle inbound calls, address inquiries, and route calls appropriately.
- Maintain customer database and update information regularly.
- Follow up with leads and maintain call logs or records.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred).
- Good verbal communication in [insert languages - e.g., English, Hindi, local language].
- Ability to handle phone calls professionally and with courtesy.
- Time management and organizational skills.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in telecalling or front-desk roles is a plus.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Multi-tasking ability and team player.
