A Customer Care Executive in a stockbroking firm serves as the first point of contact, handling reception duties, client interactions, documentation support

Front Desk / Reception Duties

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and business associates in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department.

Client Interaction & Support

  • Assist clients with general information about brokerage services, account opening procedures, and documentation.
  • Direct clients to relationship managers or advisors for investment queries.
  • Provide basic updates about office timings, processes, and required paperwork.

Administrative & Coordination Tasks

  • Manage courier, correspondence, and distribution of important documents.
  • Maintain records of client interactions, forms, and regulatory documents.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, seminars, and investor awareness programs.
  • Coordinate with compliance, operations, and accounts teams for routine tasks.

Compliance & Documentation Support

  • Ensure that KYC (Know Your Customer) documents are collected, verified, and filed properly.
  • Assist in monitoring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance processes.

Job Type: Full-time
