Front Office Executive

The Front Office Representative will be the first point of contact for clients, guests, or customers, responsible for creating a welcoming environment, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk or customer-facing areas. This role involves administrative duties, managing inquiries, and ensuring that customers’ needs are met promptly.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction**: Greet and assist customers or guests in person, over the phone, or via digital platforms, providing a positive first impression of the company or establishment.
- **Reservations & Scheduling**: Manage bookings, appointments, or room reservations, and update schedules as necessary.
- **Customer Support**: Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide timely information to customers, ensuring their needs are met.
- **Data Entry & Record Keeping**: Input and update customer or client information in the company database, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
- **Collaboration with Other Departments**: Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- **Handling Payments**: Process transactions, such as invoices, billings, and receipts, when applicable.
- **Security Protocol**: Follow company procedures for safety, security, and compliance, ensuring that all visitors and clients adhere to company policies.
- **General Front Office Maintenance**: Ensure the front desk area is neat, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

- **Problem-Solving Abilities**: Ability to address and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.

- **Proficiency in Office Software**: Familiarity with Microsoft Office or customer management software.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy in managing data, reservations, or customer information.
- **Multitasking Abilities**: Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
**Educational Requirements**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is preferred for some industries)
- Previous front office, customer service, or related experience is a plus.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
